What this site collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics or measurement scripts, no advertising pixels, no embedded third-party trackers, and no forms. Pages are static files. Nothing is stored in your browser and no profile of you is built.

Server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. LaCo Ventures LLC does not use that data for marketing and does not combine it with anything else. Cloudflare acts as our hosting provider and handles that information under its own privacy terms.

If you email me

Emailing chris@lacoven.com shares whatever you choose to put in the message, along with your email address. That correspondence is used to reply to you and to carry on any resulting business relationship. It is kept in the ordinary course of business, is not sold, and is not added to any marketing list. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from.

Your rights

You may ask what correspondence is held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted, and you may withdraw any consent at any time. Email chris@lacoven.com and the request will be honoured. Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under laws including the GDPR and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights; those rights are respected regardless of residence.

Children

This site is a professional publication intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date above changes with it.
